How quickly can I expect my jewellery, and what delivery choices do you offer?

We aim to dispatch your beautiful handmade jewellery as soon as your order is placed, typically within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 7 to 10 days. Currently, we offer standard shipping through Australia Post to ensure your pieces reach you safely.

Our standard shipping fee is a flat rate of $5.50 across Australia, which is already a 50% discount for you! Even better, enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $25.

What are your shipping costs, and are there different prices?

How do exchanges work if I'm not happy with my jewellery?

Your satisfaction is important to us at Honey Designs. We are happy to facilitate exchanges for items that don't quite meet your expectations. However, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on jewellery items. Please contact us at honeydesigns2026@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange.

Who covers the shipping cost for an exchange?

As per our policy, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. For exchanges, the customer is generally responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and receiving the new one. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you. You can check the status of your delivery via Australia Post.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Honey Designs ships exclusively within Australia from our base in Sydney. We hope to expand our shipping options internationally in the future! Stay tuned for updates on our website and social media.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your handmade jewellery to ensure it arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at honeydesigns2026@yahoo.com with photos of the damage. We will work quickly to find a solution for you, whether it's an exchange or repair.

How do I initiate an exchange?
